Château Clément does not have a restaurant or a resident chef; however, we offer several dining options exclusively for our guests.

Dinner at the Château with a partner chef

We invite you to enjoy dinner on-site two evenings a week with two partner chefs who create a custom menu for us. The days may vary depending on reservations, with a minimum of 6 guests, but generally, we offer this on Wednesday or Thursday evenings and Saturday evenings.

Enjoy an exceptional dinner at the Château on Wednesday or Thursday evenings as well as Saturday evenings, prepared by one of our partner chefs,
Jérémy Clavier (Notes de Saveurs Restaurant – Aubenas) or Joshua Martin (Maison Chat Noir Restaurant – Aubenas), depending on your dates of stay.

With Chef Jérémy Clavier, discover a unique menu for €60 per person (excluding drinks), featuring appetizers, a starter, a main course, and dessert, on Saturdays, June 13, July 4 and 18, August 1 and 15, and September 12 and 26, 2026. The menu details will be provided to you a few days before your stay.

Join Chef Joshua Martin for a five-course surprise tasting menu, priced at €110 per person, with paired beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) on Saturdays, June 20 and 27, July 11 and 25, August 8, 22, and 29, and September 5 and 19, 2026. Let yourself be guided by the creativity of this young chef, who works exclusively with locally sourced products from the Ardèche region. We simply need to know about any allergies, dietary restrictions, and foods you do not like.

The meal may be canceled 48 hours in advance if there are not enough guests.

 

Light Bites and Platters

We offer a menu of light bites—including sweet and savory snacks—for lunch or dinner, as well as platters of cold cuts, cheese, or mixed platters, available upon reservation the day before your arrival. Enjoy them by the pool, on one of our two terraces, or in the grotto area for lunch, an aperitif, or to enjoy the château in the evening in a stunning setting. You can pair your meal with local beverages and fruit juices, as well as Ardèche wines and sparkling wines.
We also offer organic ice cream and sorbets, handcrafted in the Ardèche by Terre Adélice.
